







The Common Materials of T-shirt
Polyester-cotton
Polyester-cotton blended fabric has got advantages of anti-wrinkle and nondeformable. The material are thick, very friendly for cleaning. But the comfort is not as good as pure cotton.
100% pure cotton
Pure cotton is most common material for T-shirt with good cost performance. It keeps the natural characteristics of original cotton, which is skin friendly, breathable and hygroscopic.
Mercerized cotton
This material is always for high-quality T-shirt, which not only keep the natural characteristics of original cotton, but also has got the gloss of silk. The fabric has got soft hand feeling, good breathability, flexibility and drooping. It is applicable for abundant color printing so that can completely show the taste of wearers.
Double mercerized cotton
Double mercerized cotton has got clear textures, creative pattern and brighter gloss than common mercerized cotton, so it’s also more expensive.
Lycra cotton
Lycra cotton is made of 95% or 97% cotton and 5% or 3% lycra, has got good drooping and wrinkle recovery ability. This material is much suitable for shapely close-fitting T-shirt.
What is Gram Weight
Gram weight are generally used to indicate the thickness of fabric: the heavier the gram, the thicker the clothes. The gram weight of T-shirt is between 160g to 220g.
How to Clean & Maintain T-shirt
1.Roll over the T-shirt before cleaning which will not hurt the pattern on the T-shirt;
2.Rub it gently with your hands, not too hard;
3.Roll over the T-shirt when hanging under the sunlight which can prevent discoloration and yellowing;
4.You can soak the deep color T-shirt in salt water for 1-2 hours before the first cleaning;
5.If you shape the T-shirt when hanging up, no need iron clothes later;
6.Do not wash the light color T-shirt with deep color clothes;
7.Do not use the water over 30℃ to avoid the ageing of printing pattern.
