Can I ask for sample making for corporate order?
If corporate customer need sample make, you can design and purchase single product. And we will return your sample fee when receiving payment of big goods.
Which delivery method does KUSDOM normally use?
Hongkong:
1.Pick up by customer at SF Station
2.Home delivery to the designated address
Taiwan:
1. 7-11 delivery: need ≦ 45cm * 30cm * 30cm, the weight must not exceed 5 kg
2. Home delivery to the designated address
Other regions:
1.Home delivery to the designated address
We offer two shipping methods. They are Standard and Express with different delivery time.
Can I design different patterns on multiple same products?
Yes, expect “Order in bulk” products and a set of multiple products, other products are available for different designs. And they can also enjoy volume discount.
Will KUSDOM help to design?
KUSDOM is a self-service customize platform. Generally, the whole process from product selecting, designing to order placing, will be completed by customers themselves. For corporate customers, KUSDOM may give some advice or help you to typeset the logo or pattern simply; if you need advanced design service, we’ll ask for some extra fee, please contact us to know more details.

Textures types of Towels in KUSDOM
Cotton Towel
This kind of towel is made of pure cotton. What is called “pure cotton” means the content of cotton fiber is 100%. Tips for Using Towels
Replace Towel Frequently
We suggest to replace your towel once every two or three months. Please clean your towel and dry it in a well-ventilated and sunny place after using, which will inhibit the rapid reproduction of viruses and bacteria.
Clean Towel Separately
We always use towel on our face, so do not wash it with clothing and try to choose bleach-free detergent for cleaning.
How to Make Towel Soft
The towel will get hard after a period of time because the calcium and magnesium ions in water might combine with soap and cling to the towel. You can add some salt, rice water or vinegar into the water and boil the towel.
