Each and every Kusdom order is custom printed for the individual who orders it, which means that we cannot re-stock and re-sell product that is returned to us. If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace it. If you wish to return an order for some other reason, we are happy to work with you to make sure you're not stuck with the product that you cannot use and don't absolutely love. Please follow the return steps below:

 Click the portrait image in the upper right corner → order record → select order → select the product you want to return

 Fill in contact form within 30 days (from the day you receive the item). Item photo is a MUST for submission. Please provide the picture of the defective product.

 You will receive an email from system automatically, which means you have submit your form successfully

 Our customer service group will reply you via email within 1-3 workdays

 We'll confirm with you via email after receiving the return product

Replacement
Offer one-time replacement service, time required: based on the production and shipping time of different products
Credit
Credit your account(Shipping charge is not refundable), time required: about 1-3 workdays

What should I do if I receive Damaged, Defective or Wrong items

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes. Please accept our apologies. To return the problem item, please fill in contact form within 3 days (from the day you receive the item). We will stand by you during this process and make sure we do everything we can to bring it to a satisfying and timely conclusion.

Replace the product: our customer service group will contact you and confirm the replacing application after receiving your information ; and we'll rearrange the production and send the new one to you as soon as possible.

Rebate to your account: our customer service group will contact you and confirm the refund application after receiving your information; refund will be return to your account within 3 workdays.

 

Shipping costs

User is responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs (except for the damaged, defective or wrong items). Please make sure your returns shipments are packed securely. 

 

How do I report a fault with my product?

Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item, we take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to investigate the reported fault in more detail. In order to do this, we ask that you contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance. Please provide details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message.
