If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace it. If you wish to return an order for some other reason, we are happy to work with you to make sure you're not stuck with the product that you cannot use and don't absolutely love. What should I do if I receive Damaged, Defective or Wrong items
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes. Please accept our apologies. To return the problem item, please fill in contact form within 3 days (from the day you receive the item). We will stand by you during this process and make sure we do everything we can to bring it to a satisfying and timely conclusion.
User is responsible for the return and replacement shipping costs (except for the damaged, defective or wrong items). Please make sure your returns shipments are packed securely. Once we receive your return, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. Please bear in mind that it takes several days for replacement or credit to your account.
How do I report a fault with my product?
Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item, we take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to investigate the reported fault in more detail. In order to do this, we ask that you contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance. Please provide details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message.
